The Villages Sessions festival takes place in country villages. The evening is divided into 3 parts: 7pm with a musical aperitif hosted by Sonotone Orkestra and offered by the commune, 8pm for the meal and 9.30pm for Matjé's concert.
Beyond the words, an evening. The meal is either organised by the local festivities committee or various food trucks.
The concert is organised by the Villages Sessions association, which has always worked to promote cultural discovery and musical diversity for all audiences.
The programme for the other evenings continues:
On Friday 22 at Villebois-Lavalette in the château: Cinq Oreilles and Basta de Chachara, and the closing evening is scheduled for Saturday 23 at Blanzaguet-Saint-Cybard: Hurricane Turle. These events are always organised in close collaboration with the local councils and festival committees.

The longest non-stop open water marathon in France passes through 12 villages in the Charente region. You'll be captivated by the beauty of the river and the way you see the landscape from the water's edge. The succession of stone bridges, the transparent water bottom, the natural beauty of the banks of the Charente.
