Created around an XVIIIth century setting, the gardens are of both english and florentine inspiration. There is a tea-room on a terrace to refresh and order sorberts, sodas, teas, etc...

Independent winemakers since 2000 on a 26-ha exploitation, Eric grows and takes care of his vine until harvests, and Cécile is working organically since 2009.

Château Pierrail, the estate of Demonchaux Family. 17° century château among pleasant Landscape ("Jardin à la française"). 70 ha vineyard on the best argilo-calcareous slopes with South East exposure restricted yields for quality. Red varieties: Merlots/Cabernets, White : Sauvignon blanc and Sauvignon gris and Rosé : Merlots/Cabernets. Château Pierrail produces different wines from fresh and fruity young wines (Red, White and Rosé) to rich and concentrated wines aged in traditional oak barrels (Red and White).

Located in Villefranche de Lonchat near the lake of Gurson, the museum, recently named "Léonie Gardeau", traces the different periods of occupation.

In 1984, Christian ROCHE inherited from a part of the family property, and in 1989 he created his wine cellar in order to become an independent winemaker.

In this way, he realized he had to come back to the basics, that is to say the land and the plant.

The real question is: what are the needs of the plant to produce great grapes to create the best wine possible?

For a few years now, the respect of the environment, deep soil working, grape varieties implantation, plantation densities and the special selections have improved the quality of the wine. And since 2012, they are working in organic agriculture.

Family company for 30 years, the Chateau Tour des Gendres experiments new methods of vinification and viticulture to make sure that the expression of the different terroirs can be found in every wine, from the simplest cuvees to the gastronomy great wines. Come discover the delicacy and complexity of those dry white and red wines of the south hillsides of Bergerac.

The estate, ideally located next to the D936, on the axis Bordeaux/Sarlat, produces the PDO Montravel, Côtes de Montravel and Bergerac red and rosé.

At Château Pagnon, you will meet Valérie, a vivacious woman who is full of energy. You will taste the wine range produced by her husband Alain.

Together, they made Chateau Pagnon a “wine, a restaurant and a state of mind”.

The shop welcomes you for a tasting and a tour of the warehouse (by appointment) and the restaurant “La Cave à Manger” for a cozy and friendly restauration all year, from Mondays to Fridays from 9:30am to 6:30pm.

A lot of activities, festive evenings, concerts and many more all year, on weekends and during the week.

Situated between Saint-Emilion and Sarlat, in Bergerac vineyard, Château Haut-Fongrive stands on the south region peak and south-west hills which are important pros for the quality of wines.
With a strong interest in wine, Doriane decided to settle in 2006 as a winemaker. Everything is to be done. The warehouse construction started in 2007 for the very first vinification of the estate.
Great vintage and expertise recognized by Vinalie d’Or Internationale (competition for the bests wines on an international scale).
Julien has joined his wife in this adventure since 2010. His youth and passion for the vine give a great boost to the exploitation. He works on improving the vineyard.
With the arrival of new technologies, there is an update for the wine warehouse and for the bottling room.
With market and technique, and their combination can be found today in today in their wines.

The Château du Bloy itself exists since the beginning of the nineteen sixties. It was taken over in 2001 by Olivier LAMBERT and Bertrand LEPOITTEVIN-DUBOST with the objective to become one of the best in South west France. Wanting to keep the expressive taste of the "terroir" in the wines and, at the same time, preserve the environment, the Château, that had already been working organically for numerous years, formalised it in july 2011 and started the official process to become certified organic.

English owned organic vineyard. Kirstie and Paul would be delighted to welcome you for comprehensive vineyard tours and tastings of their award winning organic Bordeaux wines. No appointments necessary. Open 7 days a week 10 a.m until 6 p.m. Children welcome, play and picnic areas available. Mapped walks and bike rides also available. Tour and tasting costs €5 per person, refundable with purchase. Wine prices range from 6 to 11€ per bottle.

Au Temps d'Eugénie is a manufacturer of tasty jams, nectars and artisan specialities, whose origins lie in a collection of recipes from the 19th century.
