Just south of Bordeaux, The Syndicat des Vins de Loupiac cooperative has been encouraging and coordinating events hosted by 17 winemaking estates and farms for more than 25 years. Workshops, walks, tastings, exhibitions and much more are joined by pop-up restaurants and cocktail receptions to create a friendly, gourmet festival that sets the tone for the festive season to come.
The Saturday evening cocktail (on reservation), “Taste of Loupiac and Foie Gras”, will be held this year in the reception hall of the village of Loupiac. It is always the Maison Claude Darroze which accompanies the wines of the châteaux with its dishes. This year, renowned conductor and pianist Jonathan Raspiengeas, and his violinist partner, will delight guests with a selection of classical music pieces.
