Pascal welcomes you for a visit to his farm where farm pigs are raised in the open air and transformed into tasty cold meats: ham, sausage, coppa, canned pâtés (with Espelette pepper or plain), grattons, scald, rinds, candied rinds, pâté de tête, pork feet in sauce, without forgetting the sausage and the boxes of meat (on order). Farm products are also for sale on cagette.net.
The visit allows you to discover the farming methods and the transformation of the products followed by a tasting of the farm's specialties.
In the heart of Bergerac vineyards, the Domain of Moulin Pouzy and its sunny hills cover 55 hectares.
The property belongs to the Castaing family since 1898 – the year of its creation.
At its head, Fabien Castaing represents the fifth generation of winegrowers.
Pampered vineyards, a well thought-out viticulture, high quality oenological and wine supports contribute to the making of fine wines.
These creations, made thanks to the meticulous work of men, honour Nature.
By strolling through vines and flavours, Fabien Castaing invites you to discover his world – world he wants unique, contemporary and rooted.
To show how we respect the Nature, the property has the certification " High Environmental Value".
The circuit is suitable for everyone, novice walkers and/or families because of its length and all-weather practicability. This route offers a panoramic view of the Dordogne and the hillsides that bear vines and woods. Three mills follow one another along the walk, showing that the region was not only a wine-growing area but also a cereal-growing area for a long time. Two windmills, one of which has been partially restored (only the wings are missing), stand on the heights of Eynesse in the middle of the vineyards.
The topo-guide is available at the Tourist Office.
Amongst the vineyards, panoramic view over the Dordogne valley and Bergerac. Shaded terrace.

The idea to make our own wine range came because we want to create Bergerac terroir wines that wear our signature. The partnership developed with some wine makers allows us a rigorous selection of parcels of land. A vinification and ageing in our wineries ensure the quality of our wines.

You will be able to discover the church of 1730 from the start, and you will enjoy hiking through woods, vineyards and country roads. Don't miss the beautiful view over the valley at the Moulin du Terrier. On the way back to La Roquille, in Les Galineaux-Est, you will see the wash-house and the 18th century fountain, whose well has been preserved since the Gallo-Roman period. Also to see: the 19th century town hall, installed in the Old Temple of the village has a pretty entrance porch and six bays inspired by Romanesque art.
The Château du Bloy itself exists since the beginning of the nineteen sixties. It was taken over in 2001 by Olivier LAMBERT and Bertrand LEPOITTEVIN-DUBOST with the objective to become one of the best in South west France. Wanting to keep the expressive taste of the "terroir" in the wines and, at the same time, preserve the environment, the Château, that had already been working organically for numerous years, formalised it in july 2011 and started the official process to become certified organic.
