Arts and crafts exhibition - Puppet-making workshop

Puppeteer Corinne Siot offers 3-day courses from 10/07/2024 to 12/07/2024 to make your own ventriloquist puppet, as well as a one-day course on 19 or 20 August from 10am to 5pm.
In the magnificent setting of the cloister of the church of Saint-Martial in Chalais, a flagship event for arts and crafts in the South Charente.
3 DAY WORKSHOP (10,11,12 July 2024) :
Modelling the head and making a plaster matrix for a latex print.
Demoulding of the latex head, fitting of characters and accessories and simple assembly of the body.
ONE-DAY WORKSHOP (19 or 20 August 2024) :
For adults, teenagers or adult-child pairs
Corrine will bring the blank heads from the workshop and you'll create your own character. On the programme: make-up, making accessories (earrings, hats, glasses, moustaches, etc.), simple costume assembly, putting it into practice!
Lunch will be shared on 19 and 20 August.
